\nThe role supports all corporate applications, servers, networks, and cloud needs. The environment includes:
\n \n- Azure and Entra ID: identity and security (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC), VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop, VNets, storage, Intune
\n- Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Mimecast, Viva Engage, Purview
\n- Fortinet: FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiNAC, FortiSASE
\n- On-prem: Windows Server 2019-2022 (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS), VMware/Dell, Linux (CUPS and NTP)
\n- Public DNS and certificates
\n-Ticketing experience (they use a custom ticketing system)
