Job Description

Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager- Interactive will serve as the analytical and operational backbone of AGS Interactive's commercial organization, responsible for creating a reliable, decision-ready view of revenue performance, forecasting, and commercial opportunity. This role will own the Interactive revenue forecast, reporting models, performance analysis, and commercial reporting processes that help leadership and Account Managers understand performance against plan, what is driving variance, and where opportunities exist to accelerate growth. This is a hands-on build role for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and proactive. Success requires going beyond reporting what happened to understanding why it happened, what it means, and what we should do next. The Revenue Operations Manager will partner closely with Commercial leadership, Account Management, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams to improve revenue visibility, strengthen forecast accuracy, and turn data into actionable commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

Revenue Forecasting & Performance

  • Own the weekly Interactive revenue forecast updates, including performance against target, account and segment variance, key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain bottoms-up monthly forecasts across accounts, markets, and relevant business segments.
  • Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve assumptions, methodology, and reporting processes.
  • Investigate material variances and clearly explain what changed, why it changed, and the expected impact on future performance.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile commercial forecasts with financial plans and ensure alignment on revenue definitions and reporting.
  • Maintain clear documentation of forecast methodology, assumptions, definitions, and data sources.

Commercial Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze account, market, and revenue performance to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and areas requiring commercial action.
  • Proactively surface insights without waiting for a specific request or reporting cycle.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that Commercial leadership and Account Managers can act on.
  • Partner with Account Managers to size revenue opportunities, investigate performance changes, and identify potential commercial levers.
  • Follow identified opportunities through resolution to understand whether actions produced the expected result.
  • Support business cases, annual planning, budgeting, and other commercial analyses as needed.

Reporting & Data Governance

  • Own and continuously improve the commercial reporting stack, including models, dashboards, recurring reports, and supporting data flows.
  • Establish consistent definitions and reporting standards across budget, forecast, targets, actuals, and other commercial views.
  • Create a trusted source of truth for Interactive revenue performance and commercial reporting.
  • Identify and resolve data-quality issues before they impact reporting or business decisions.
  • Build repeatable, documented reporting processes that are scalable and not dependent on institutional knowledge.
  • Partner with internal data and systems teams to improve reporting reliability, automation, and accessibility.

Commercial Operations & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting, eliminate duplicate work, and improve commercial operating processes.
  • Evaluate existing systems and resources before recommending new tools or processes.
  • Support CRM and pipeline reporting where needed to improve visibility into future commercial opportunities.
  • Document key revenue operations processes, definitions, and reporting methodologies.
  • Use automation and AI tools thoughtfully to improve analysis speed, reporting efficiency, and insight generation while maintaining appropriate data validation and analytical rigor.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Commercial leadership and Account Management.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure consistency between commercial performance reporting and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between commercial/account performance and game/product performance analysis.
  • Communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare decision-ready analysis and recommendations for leadership and executive reporting.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience building and owning revenue forecasts or commercially focused financial models.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build, audit, troubleshoot, and improve complex models.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools; Power BI strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate ambiguous business questions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Ability to translate complex data into concise business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about the commercial drivers behind financial performance.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and establishing consistent definitions and reporting standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analysis to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced environment with imperfect data.
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytical and productivity tools to improve efficiency while maintaining appropriate validation and judgment.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or monday.com preferred.
  • SQL experience preferred.
  • Experience within iGaming, gaming, lottery, online betting, or another B2B commercial environment preferred.
