You’ll help develop strategies and achieve sales targets while growing your career in a supportive environment where the customers' needs are valued. What You’ll Do Generate leads, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to recommend insurance and financial services Collaborate with the agency team to set and meet marketing and sales goals Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to success Build lasting client relationships alongside your agency team What We’re Looking For Bilingual, sales and office professional (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred with strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred Property & Casualty insurance license required on start date (reimbursement of learning materials and testing fees) What We Offer Competitive salary plus monthly, yearly bonuses available upon production goals being met Paid time off (vacation, personal days) Comprehensive health benefits Simple retirement plan Growth opportunities and career advancement within the agency Signing bonus for pre-licensed professionals Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year We're Hiring! I have been a State Farm agent since 1994. I am a second generation State Farm agent. We currently have 10 team members at our agency. We have 130 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
