Are you an auto mechanic or mechanically inclined technician looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems but want to work in one location, earn a better salary, and build a long-term career?
We're looking for someone just like you.
We'll teach you the HVAC trade—from the basics of commercial HVAC repair to advanced troubleshooting, installation, boilers, cooling towers, and more. If you're comfortable using a multimeter, diagnosing problems, and working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll become part of our in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, maintaining our privately owned commercial properties throughout Philadelphia.
We manage over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including:
No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be troubleshooting an RTU, the next repairing a cooling tower, servicing a boiler, or helping maintain one of our fleet vehicles.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in fixing things the right way.
What We Offer
$70,000–$80,000+ per year (based on experience)
