Job Responsibilities:

• Thermal cycling
• Humidity testing
• Shock testing
• Vibration testing
• Electrical schematics
• PCB layouts
• Assembly drawings
• Mechanical drawings
• Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Perform precision soldering, rework, and component replacement
• Build test fixtures, cables, and wire harnesses
• Support prototype assembly and validation activities
• Maintain ESD-compliant laboratory practices
• Record and organize test results
• Prepare technical reports and failure analysis documentation
• Maintain engineering records and laboratory logs
• Assist with creation of SOPs and work instructions
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Validate assemblies and test configurations before transfer to manufacturing
• Support production readiness activities
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of electronics, hardware, or RF support experience; OR
• Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or related technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR
• Equivalent military electronics training and hands-on hardware experience

Skills:

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of electronics, hardware, or RF support experience; OR
• Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or related technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR
• Equivalent military electronics training and hands-on hardware experience
