We are seeking a dedicated Driver Class A CDL/Material Handler to join our team through our Germantown branch. This full-time role offers the chance to work on diverse outdoor projects, collaborate with industry experts, and grow both personally and professionally. During the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Transport construction and plant materials throughout Southeastern WI.
• Load and unload products, equipment, and materials onto trucks, ensuring load safety and accuracy.
• Operate vehicles such as dump trucks, flatbeds, vans, spider trucks, tree spades, and tractor-trailers safely and courteously.
• Utilize equipment like loaders, skid steers, Bobcats, and forklifts for loading/unloading tasks.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records for trips, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incidents, and accidents.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while completing assigned tasks diligently.

Qualifications

• Experience with various equipment such as loaders, Bobcats, skid steers, and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to balance accountability with inspiration to delight clients.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stoop as required by the job.
• Required to possess and maintain valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Required to successfully complete a pre-placement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.

Compensation

• Compensation for this hourly position is based on industry experience.
