Role Description We are seeking an experienced provider in med Spa background and aesthetics.

The NP/PA will provide comprehensive aesthetic and wellness services, including conducting consultations, performing assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing in-office procedures, administering injectables and other therapies within scope of practice such as PRP, dermal fillers, C02 laser, laser hair removal, and monitoring patient responses to treatments. The role involves educating patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare, while documenting all encounters accurately in the medical record. The NP/PA will collaborate with other clinical and administrative team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care. This is a part-time role of 1 shift per week, as we are a growing clinic and would like for our provider to also grow with us to a full-time role. The pay structure is $65-$70 per hour, plus a production bonus to be discussed. This is an on-site position based at VitaCell Med Spa in Winter Park, FL, requiring consistent in-person patient interaction and adherence to clinical and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida, with appropriate national certification. Additional aesthetic certifications/licensures strongly preferred. 
• Experience or strong interest in aesthetics, wellness medicine, or related fields; prior med spa or dermatology/plastics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, create treatment plans, and carry out in-office procedures within scope of practice.
• Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatments, set realistic expectations, and provide clear aftercare instructions.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to build long-term, trusting patient relationships.
• Comfort with electronic health records, documentation, and basic office technology; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, which may include some evenings or weekends based on patient demand.
• Ongoing commitment to professional development, including staying current with evidence-based aesthetic and wellness treatments.
